Price estimate
The customer estimate preview below omits internal costs and margin.
Price not ready
Choose a crew plan to calculate labour from the internal price book. Any inferred role mix is shown for review.
Price-book crew mix
The internal price book supplies role costs. Crew rates fill from the selected role mix; edit the roles if the actual crew differs. Multiple identical crews multiply field labour automatically.
Role costs and hourly bases · internal
Price book effective October 21, 2026. True hourly costs include its 15% employer burden: Director $57.50, Captain $46, Athlete $34.50, Rookie $23. Hourly crew bases round upward to $5. Named mixes are retained; unlisted sizes use an editable planning mix of one Captain plus remaining Athletes unless you change the role counts.
Moving Starting Seven has the book's explicit field mix (1 Captain, 4 Athletes, 2 Rookies) plus three shared Directors per job. Crew Services Starting Seven is 1 Captain and 6 Athletes. Other moving-size mixes are estimates from the default role pattern, not named price-book products.
Current quote rules: 30% gross margin for every service; $300 per truck or $150 for a no-truck job, once before margin; three-hour minimum due upfront; additional time settled before departure. Tax is not calculated here.
Service and client
Add the details you have and a requested date or start window if known. Confirm availability separately.
Commercial moves normally start at 5–9 people per crew. A light, straightforward job can use a reviewed 2–4-person plan when the inventory and work window support it.
The planner recommends this for a light job only when inventory is complete and access/handling is straightforward. This enables an explicit override; check heavy/special items, stairs, long carries, restricted loading and extra packing/disassembly yourself.
Any date can be requested. This is not a booking confirmation.
A preferred date and start window are requests. Confirm availability before treating this as booked.

Count the items
Counted items drive the plan. Area is only a fallback when no items are counted; when both are entered, area is shown as a separate check and never overrides or adds to counts.
Small: chairs and small cabinets. Medium: standard desks, shelves and filing units. Large: boardroom tables, oversized furniture or bulky equipment. Count each piece once.

Starting plan
The planner compares crew size, number of crews, truck size and truck count. Recommendations change with inventory and access.
